ARTICLE I, SECTION B—RESPONSIBILITIES OF
ACTIVE MEMBERS
-
Pay annual dues to the
Secretary-Treasurer no later than the first regularly scheduled
meeting. A grace period will extend to the last day of October with
a fine of $ 25.00. If dues are not paid by October 31, a fine of $
50.00, will be levied against the member who then must meet with the
Executive Board at a scheduled appointment. No schedules will be
issued to the delinquent member unless approved by the Executive
Board

Interpretation Meeting, a fine of $ 50.00, will be levied against
the member. No schedules will be issued to the delinquent member
unless approved by the Executive Board.

ARTICLE
I, SECTION A—QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
-
Paying
an initiation fee to the New Candidates School Instructor, which is
not refundable and, if accepted, pay the annual dues of the
Association to the Secretary-Treasurer
CHANGE
TO:
-
Pay one-half the annual dues of the Association to the
Secretary/Treasurer as a non-refundable initiation fee for the New
Candidates’ School; pay one-half the dues of the Association to the
Secretary/Treasurer upon successful completion of the New
Candidates’ School. A late fee of $ 25.00, will be levied against
the member if the second half of the dues are not paid by
April 1. No candidate and/or member is eligible to vote if dues
have not been paid. No schedule will be issued to a candidate unless
approved by the Executive Board.

ARTICLE
V—STANDING COMMITTEES, SECTION A—MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
PARAGRAPH 2—The new
Candidates’ School Instructor…(eliminate the end of sentence 2 and all
of sentence 3)
INSERT: A fee, determined by
the Executive Board, shall be paid to the Candidates’ School
Instructor upon submission to the Secretary/Treasurer of the names,
addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of the candidates who
successfully complete the Five Point Program. |

ARTICLE
VI—CODE OF ETHICS, SECTION B—GENERAL PRINCIPLES, 4 TEAMWORK
INSERT: 4. TEAMWORK—Officials
assigned to work the Section XI State Qualifier together shall be
assigned to work the semi-finals and finals based on the numerical
rankings provided by the Section XI office at the time of
competition. The mat assignments will be accomplished by the highest
ranked official present. At no time will a lower ranked official be
used in the semi-finals while a higher ranked official is used in the
wrestle backs. Disregarding numerical rankings for the assignment of
officials will be considered an ethics violation and be referred to
the Ethics Committee for recommendation of appropriate penalty to the
Executive Board.
6. COOPERATION
INSERT TO FOLLOW, “The
official will accept assignments to Section XI school contests only
through the auspices of the Executive Director of Section XI and will
not attempt to contact or allow assignments to be made from individual
schools.”
6. COOPERATION INSERT—A
wrestling official will never accept an assignment which would involve
competitors/coaches to whom the official is related and/or a personal
coach. |
