GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

CALL TO ORDER: 8:05pm, by President L. Barone, in Sachem High School North

Cafeteria

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: G. DeMatteo, W. Fitzgerald, M. Haise, G. Mazzola,

J. Slokovitz

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Exams returned. No discussion

2. Membership questioned as to encountered problems at meets or tournaments

3. S. Gottlieb asked for clarification on clasp call from Huntington Tournament

4. Amendments brought to the floor

a. Amendment regarding time frame for notification of vote on a new amendment

passed such that written notification time is reduced to a minimum of seven(7) days

b. Amendment regarding change in attendance policy tabled to January 9, 2007,

1. Membership asked opinion of Board

2. L. Barone indicated that Executive Board had not formulated an opinion but

would discuss the Amendment in Executive Session, January 9
