Executive Board met informally in Sachem North High School Cafeteria, at 7:15pm

Members present:  President L. Barone, F. Barbuto, G. DeMatteo, W. Fitzgerald, M. Haise, G. Mazzola,
                                  C. Smith, J. Slokovitz, W. Starke

Topics of discussion included

  1. Emphasize to membership that only events assigned by Section XI can be officiated for pay by the Section

  2. Assignments that cannot be met at the last minute—notify Section XI immediately
    Can't get an answer at Section XI office - Call E. Cinelli - (631)472-4517 or J. Sexton at (631)589-4202

Meeting called to order by President L. Barone at 8:13pm


  1. November 9—Required Interpretation Meeting
    Call and /or see J. Truscello if the date is problematic

  2. November 29—Test Meeting

  3. Sign in sheet at the door for attendance

  4. Information sheets at door—fill out and return to box at the door

  5. Dues are to be paid by October 31, 2006;  $ 25.00 fine if paid after due date
    Dues not paid—no schedule to be issued by Section XI

  6. Website has Minutes of October 12, 2006
    Will continue to post minutes after each meeting

  7. End of year party—collection of $ 20/$25 to pay for reservation
    Refund at party if member attends; no refunds for "no shows"

  8. Availability sheets need to be sent to Section XI; schedules are being prepared

  9. Referee unable to fulfill assignment must notify Section XI
    If the Section XI office is closed call E. Cinelli at (631)472-4317 or J. Sexton at (631)589-4202

  10. Flags and New York State Patches for sale--$ 1.00 each
