Call to order:  Meeting called to order by Vice President C. Smith at 7:25pm

Business

1. Recommendation by M. Haise:  Executive Board empower president to indicate to
   NYSWOA, Inc., that referees no longer do skin checks
   W.  Fitzgerald supported position
   
   Discussion
   Executive Board concurred

2. Reclaiming dues of unpaid membership not possible through Section XI
   Encourage candidates to pay dues

3. Interpretation on Ultimate Tiebreaker discussed

2. Be diligent on skin checks; herpes outbreak cancelled 2 tournaments

4. Congratulations to L. Barone, G. Mazzola, W. Starke for being selected to do States on February 26/27, 2009

5. Officials’ Professionalism—do not do matches where favoritism and/or conflict of interest could be perceived

6. Officials’ Professionalism—do not touch coaches
